Khalif Kairo, whose real name is Joseph Kairo Wambui, is a prominent figure in the car and aircraft dealership industry, both in Kenya and internationally.

This experience equipped him with the knowledge and skills needed to venture out on his own. He started as a car broker in Kilimani and Kileleshwa, gradually building his reputation in the industry.
Khalif Kairo’s Rise to Prominence
Khalif’s fortunes changed when he learned how to import cars and opened a social page called Imports by Kairo, which quickly gained popularity.
In 2019, he co-founded Imports by Kairo with friends, which further solidified his presence in the industry.
However, the Imports by Kairo fallout caused a lot of drama but gave Khalif Kairo attention from the public which made him more popular.
Establishment of KAI and KARO
Following the fallout, Khalif Kairo founded his own company, KAI and KARO, which has grown significantly, employing over 30 staff members.
The company has two branches, one in Kiambu Road for local sales and another in Westlands for international sales.
Aside from his success in the car business, Khalif Kairo is also the CEO of Jetman Global Kenya, a company specializing in aircraft purchase, sale, and leasing.
His ventures have made him a prominent figure in the industry.
Despite his success, Khalif Kairo has faced criticism regarding his lifestyle and the affordability of cars in his showroom.
